Job Summary:
As an Injection Mould Tooling Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and
optimization of injection mould tooling systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and quality of our injection moulding processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop injection mould, dies, and related tooling components to meet product specifications and production requirements.
- Conductmoldflowanalysis and simulations to optimize tooling designs for manufacturability, part quality, and cycle time.
- Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of injection mould tooling into production processes.
- Overseethemaintenance, repair, and modification of injection mould tooling to maximize uptime and
extend tool life. - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of injection moulding operations.
- Providetechnical support and troubleshooting assistance for tooling-related issues during production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in injection mould tooling design and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CADsoftware and mold flow analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, materials, and tooling technologies.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and safety standards relevant to injection moulding tooling engineering.
